At The Loft at 36 Eleven, we don’t just sell hats, we create experiences people remember. As an Event Experience Creator, you’ll travel with our Hat Bar to some of Ohio’s biggest events, helping guests design one of a kind hats they’ll treasure for years. You’ll laugh with strangers, celebrate birthdays, help someone create the perfect hat for a special occasion, and occasionally convince someone who swore they “weren’t a hat person” to leave wearing their new favorite accessory.
No two weekends are ever the same.
What You’ll Do
As part of our events team, you’ll:
Help guests design and customize trucker, cowboy and wide brim hats
Guide customers through branding, burning, feathers, bands, and accessories
Create a fun, welcoming experience from start to finish
Set up and tear down our mobile Hat Bar at venues across Ohio
Keep displays organized, stocked, and looking their best
Process purchases through our POS system
Work alongside a fun, energetic team
Represent The Loft at 36 Eleven with professionalism and personality

Experience isn’t required. Personality is.
We can teach anyone how to build a hat. We can’t teach someone to genuinely love people. If you’re friendly, dependable, outgoing, and excited to create unforgettable experiences, we’ll teach you the rest.
Our ideal teammate:

Works well independently and with a team
Is comfortable standing for long periods
Can lift up to 40 pounds during setup and teardown
Is willing to travel to events throughout Ohio
Is at least 18 years old

Schedule
This is a part time position with most hours taking place on evenings and weekends, plus occasional weekday events throughout the year. Hours vary based on our event schedule, making it perfect for someone looking for exciting, flexible work.
