Mix in 1 Cup sour cream, 1 Cup mayonnaise and (1) 10 oz. package of frozen, shopped spinach, thawed and drained. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Soup Of Success is an empowerment program for women dealing with difficult life situations. They are involved in classes and counseling and run this social enterprise that makes delicious, gourmet, healthy soup mixes.
