ONLINE RETURN POLICY-
Thank you so much for your purchase and helping support our small business!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please know that you can return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery or in store purchase date. All refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. Please note: FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. These include:
- All Paints, Primers and Sealers/Topcoats
- Furniture
- Jewelry
- Sale Items
- Undergarments- including bodysuits
- Perishable Goods
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, in the original packaging with tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. All returns processed via post will be at the cost of the sender and will not be covered by 36 Eleven.
To submit an online return:
1. Shoot us an email at info@36Eleven.com with your order number, items to be returned and the reason for the return.
2. Ensure the items are free of use, unaltered, are in the original packaging and have all original tags attached.
3. Our teams will respond to your email with an R/A number to include on the original invoice along with the return mailing address. Please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages sent
5. Process the shipping with the carrier of your choice.
Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival.
