This artisan apple butter is cooked for over 10 hours with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves. then infused with Vermont crafted bourbon and pure Vermont Certified Organic robust dark maple syrup.
Made in small batches with apples from our 100+ year old orchard we affectionately call the Apple Barrel, that are picked at the peak of freshness.
Spread on some toast, add to your cheese boards, mix in yogurt or oatmeal. Or do as the kids do and eat it with a spoon.
Our apple trees are untreated and are fertilized with our own compost. No chemical sprays or artificial fertilizers.
